Villa Simonne Boutique Hotel

Project Overview

A 60 kWp commercial hybrid solar system for a boutique hotel, with 68 kWh of multi-brand battery storage engineered for performance, backup and power security.

The Challenge

As a hospitality business, the hotel needed uninterrupted power for guest comfort — solar to cover daytime load, with batteries reserved for backup and evening security, configured for reliability across mixed battery hardware.

Our Solution

Dean Innovative Solutions installed 3 × 16 kW Sunsynk single-phase inverters with 5 × BSL 8.8 kWh batteries and 2 × 14.33 kWh Dyness PowerBrick Pro batteries across 90 flat-roof panels. During the day, solar powers the full load while batteries discharge to 50% in the afternoon, reserving the remainder for backup; the system is configured in parallel, intelligently mixing battery brands for optimal performance and reliability.

The hotel runs on clean solar through the day with dependable battery backup for evenings and outages, protecting guest experience and cutting energy costs.
